LC9803D energy consumption data collector is a new generation data collector launched by Shandong Lichuang Technology. This data collector can collect data from instruments that comply with DL/T645-1997, DL/T645-2007, and Modbus protocols, and store the collected data in batches. It supports active and passive data upload, achieves dual uplink serial port data transmission, and has the function of active upload and collection failure alarm for downlink collection failure. It is a data collection terminal suitable for multi-party monitoring systems.

● Has three communication data ports

Two upstream and one downstream, communication interface is RS485, and the upstream data communication protocol is shown in the attachment. The downlink data interface is used to copy data from the mounted device, and the communication protocol is compatible with Modbus, DL/T645-1997, and DL/T645-2007 protocols. The data format and speed of the communication interface can be set.

● Has two working modes

There are two modes: transparent forwarding mode and normal collection mode, which can be configured as needed.

● It has two data transmission modes: active and passive

Active mode: The collector will send an inquiry command to the upper computer to check if it is idle. After the upper computer responds, the collector will divide the data into packets and send them to the upper computer.

Passive mode: transmitting data after receiving instructions from the upper computer.

● Collection failure alarm function

Collection failure alarm, automatically report the address of the module when there is abnormal communication in the lower hanging module during collection.

● Fault alarm function

Fault alarms are divided into downlink communication fault alarms, clock failure alarms, and data storage failure alarms.

● Relay control function

The device has 2 relay outputs and can control the power supply of infinite devices through external relay terminals (common terminal G, normally open terminal K, normally closed terminal B). If the system allows no communication time set by the user

There is no communication on the upstream port, and the relay automatically disconnects for 10 seconds (i.e. the wireless device loses power for 10 seconds). Can reset wireless communication devices that are not functioning properly.

Note that this is an additional feature. If the customer needs to use an external wireless communication module, they can connect it to the external terminal and use a relay to power off and reset the wireless communication module.

● Resume function with breakpoint

The collector has a data breakpoint continuation function. When the upper computer software serial port is opened each time, if the data upload mode is set to active mode, the collector will transfer the un uploaded data to the upper computer.

● Data rolling storage function

Equipped with 8M bytes of Flash storage space, using scrolling storage as the storage method.

● The collection mode can be set with functions

Fixed point acquisition mode and fixed interval acquisition mode.

The fixed-point collection mode can set up to three collection times.

The fixed interval collection mode is divided into minutes, hours, days, and months for collection.
